  • Each week features a thoughtfully composed selection of cookies and pastries, with a menu that changes regularly.
    Expect small-batch, seasonal bakes inspired by both classic flavors and new, unexpected combinations.

  • Plum Birdie Bakery follows a weekly release model, with Saturday pickup.
    Orders open Mondays at 12:00 PM and close Wednesdays at 12:00 PM, or once all boxes have been reserved. Sign up for text notifications on Hotplate to get reminders!

  • Boxes are pre-set each week to reflect the full flavor experience and seasonality of that menu.
    Custom orders aren’t available at this time, but I always welcome suggestions and love hearing what you’d like to see in future releases.

  • Plum Birdie Bakery is not an allergy-free kitchen. Most items contain gluten, dairy, eggs, and may include nuts.
    Because everything is made in a shared space, cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.

  • All orders must be prepaid at checkout through the website. Payments are processed securely through Hotplate. At this time, payment is required in advance when placing your order.

  • Because all pastries are made to order in limited quantities, refunds are not available once an order has been placed.

    If you’re unable to pick up your box, you’re welcome to have a friend or family member pick it up on your behalf — just be sure they have your order confirmation.

  • Plum Birdie Bakery does not currently operate from a permanent storefront.
    Pickup details will be shared in your confirmation email after placing an order.
    The pickup location may vary slightly from week to week.

  • Each weekly collection is priced based on the ingredients, seasonality, and pastries included, so pricing may vary.

  • Because pastries are prepared fresh and pickup locations are shared spaces, I’m not always able to stay beyond the scheduled pickup window.
    If you’re running late, please reach out as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

  • Yes — you’re welcome to have someone pick up your order on your behalf.
    Just make sure they have your order confirmation at pickup.

  • All pastries are made in limited quantities for pre-order, so walk-ins aren’t available at this time.
    If there happen to be extra boxes, I’ll share them on social media.

  • Operating one day a week allows me to focus on quality, creativity, and small-batch production. Each week’s menu is given time and attention, making every release feel intentional and special.
